Fees & Session Times

The session prices have been based on other settings session prices in the area. We make sure we reflect affordable pricing. The invoices are generated in advance and extra sessions will be added to next month’s invoice. Invoices are sent out monthly and parents have 3 weeks to pay. We have an unpaid/outstanding and late fees policy in which is highlighted to parents the importance of paying on time. If a family is struggling we can signpost them to other agencies that can help them with financial difficulties.

Before and After School Club Sessions

7.30am – 8.45am £5.00

3.20pm – 4.30pm £6.50

3.20pm – 6pm £11.00

15 government-funded hours are available the term after your child’s 3rd birthday. You may be entitled to 2-year-old funding or 30hours funding. Check Childcarechoices.gov.uk to create an account.

Preschool Sessional Prices 2  – 5 years

Early Risers 7.30am – 8.45am £7.00

Preschool Sessional Day 9am – 3.15pm £34.38

Full Preschool Day 7.30am – 6pm £57.75

Late Leavers 3.15pm – 6pm £15.13

We provide home-cooked meals as an option for your child during their sessions. Parents can choose to opt in or opt out of this service. If you decide to opt out, we kindly ask that you provide all meals and snacks for your child to enjoy during their time with us. Below are the current prices of each meal.

Breakfast – £0.50

Snacks – £1.oo

Lunch £2.50

Tea – £1.00

You also have the option to opt in or out of our nappies and wipes service, which is available for just £2 per month. If you choose to opt out, we kindly ask that you provide your own nappies and wipes for your child during their sessions.
