Fees & Session Times

The session prices have been based on other settings session prices in the area. We make sure we reflect affordable pricing. The invoices are generated in advance and extra sessions will be added to next month’s invoice. Invoices are sent out monthly and parents have 3 weeks to pay. We have an unpaid/outstanding and late fees policy in which is highlighted to parents the importance of paying on time. If a family is struggling we can signpost them to other agencies that can help them with financial difficulties.

Preschool fees do not include lunch and snacks. You can either bring in a packed lunch or have a hot dinner from the school provided by EATS. It is a two-course hot meal priced at £2.45. Snacks are charged at 30p per session per day. 15 government-funded hours are available the term after your child’s 3rd birthday. You may be entitled to 2-year-old funding or 30hours funding. Our baby unit has no hidden costs and includes all snacks and meals. Parents will be expected to bring in nappies and milk. Please note a Registration Fee of £40 which includes a T-shirt will apply to secure your child’s place. 1 x Free Half Day Settling in Session. Parents will be expected to bring in nappies, wipes, and milk.
